Due to the digital nature of our "Gaming to Earning" course all sales are final once a transaction is completed, the fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
The nominal fee collected is immediately utilized toward administrative costs, digital infrastructure, server maintenance, and transaction processing fees charged by our third-party payment partners. Because these costs are incurred at the moment of purchase, we are unable to process refund requests. We encourage all users to carefully read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
While we reserve the right to reschedule course sessions or live slots due to technical errors, machinery constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, this does not entitle the user to a refund. In the event of a reschedule, we provide ample flexibility by offering two separate opportunities to attend the session. If you face a genuine technical issue while making a payment (e.g., amount debited but access not granted), please contact us with proof of transaction, and we will ensure your access is activated manually.
